Do I need previous experience of Archery? 

Answer.

No previous experience is needed, however, if you are returning to archery we offer a re fresher coaching course.All equipment will be provided for as long as you need it.


Do I have to be a member of ArcheryGB?

Answer.

Once you have completed a taster session and a beginner’s course if you decide to continue your archery journey you will need to become a member.

Do I need my own equipment?

Answer. 

No! All equipment will be provided for as long as you need it.

What disabled facilities do you have?

Answer. 

There is ample free parking that is level and there is level access to the gym. There is a unisex accessible toilet. The gym has underfloor heating. We have a variety of ArcheryGB qualified coaches who specialise in coaching all Pan disabilities.

What is Pan disabilities?

Answer. 

What is Pan disabilities? Pan disabilities covers all disabilities. This refers to people with all physical impairments; learning needs; sensory impairments including sight and hearing. We have a coach who is a fluent BSL user.

How much does it cost?

Answer. 

Nothing! We are essentially free. However, if you go on to be an ArcheryGB member there is a nominal annual charge.

What should I wear? 

Answer.

What should I wear? Close fitting comfortable clothes and trainer type closed toe shoes.

Can I just turn up ?

Answer.

No. We have limited space and all archery must be prearranged for Health & Safety reasons.

Can I bring my dog?

Answer.

Only service animals are permitted.

Are you on social media?

Answer. 

No, but we do have a closed Facebook page and WhatsApp group for members.

Do you have a minimum age?

Answer.

Yes, 12 year's of age, but all children MUST be accompanied by an adult parent or carer.

Can you ​accommodate other family members

Answer.

Only if they are a supporter or carer of the archer.

You can help us by donating either your time or making a financial donation.

Do you compete in competitions?

Answer.

Yes, we enter both indoor and outdoor competitions. There are 2 dedicated Kent Para Championships each year.
